Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without prior return request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gaseous products. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for no reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
